I decided to go full steam a second time and applied it to my full head, using around 40ml ish of product this time all over I used less proportionately than I did the first time. Again, brushing through my hair I found it really quite pain-free to do and this time I decided to dry my hair with a hairdryer and just use a paddle brush to brush it out. Holy Moses, this time I did notice the shine, my hair looked super healthy and felt really soft and had the real shininess that I was after. I couldn’t stop looking at my hair all afternoon in the mirror it looked like it had that fresh colour glossiness to it and it was given by this product alone. Kérastase claims that K-Water suits all hair types because it mimics the natural structure found in the body rather than targeting specific areas or problems. However, if your hair is very damaged or coarse, Kérastase advises talking to one of their stylists about alternative treatments such as Fusio-Dose.

I buy this 2-3 times per year, after trying it in a salon. It is hands-down the best product I’ve ever used on my hair. It makes my hair smooth, glossy, and smells so pretty! Highly recommend. Expensive but worth every penny! It fully meets my expectations; it instantly rejuvenates my dry hair and transforms it into beautiful and silky hair. I don't use a lot on my chin length haircut so I am pretty sure it will last for a long time. Definitely recommend it! This product is great! Works instantly on my coarse hair by adding amazing softness and shine. It completely changed the texture of my hair which made it very manageable, smooth with a little volume. The K Water smells great too and I am officially married to this product :) Highly recommend this!!!Think of it as a moisturiser for your skin; moisturising once won’t keep your skin moisturised for good, you need to apply it regularly. The same goes for lamellar water, which means it’s how K Water and Wonder Water work. Once your hair has been cleansed, apply the lamellar water product to your lengths and ends before instantly rinsing it off. This replaces the need for conditioner or masks. I’ll be trying out the Matrix one next as I’ve been loving their haircare recently anyway, I have hopes that that one will be as good and with the Cruelty-Free status I desire! I put the product into a misting bottle and mist my hair after shampooing and towel drying. I comb it through and leave it in. No rinsing. I use much less product this way…which is great, because this is an expensive product. I get shine for days. I don’t need to use conditioner or any styling products…I just use shampoo and K Water…which makes the high price easier to tolerate. My only criticism would be the strong perfume smell, but I find it goes away once my hair is dry. I can’t praise this product enough. No build up. No greasy look. Just shine and silky hair. Brava!
